Enrollment Agreement

Fees and Payment

Program fees are outlined in your enrollment agreement. By enrolling, you agree to:

• Pay all fees according to the schedule specified in your enrollment agreement
• Provide accurate payment information and update it as necessary
• Pay any late fees, returned payment fees, or other charges as specified
• Understand that fees are generally non-refundable except as specified in our refund policy

We reserve the right to modify fees with reasonable notice. Failure to pay fees may result in suspension or termination of services.

Program Policies and Procedures

All families and children must comply with our program policies and procedures, including but not limited to:

• Health and safety protocols, including illness policies and immunization requirements
• Drop-off and pick-up procedures
• Behavior expectations and discipline policies
• Communication protocols and parent engagement expectations
• Emergency procedures and contact information requirements
• Photography and media consent policies

Detailed policies are provided in your enrollment materials and may be updated periodically. It is your responsibility to review and comply with all policies.

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate enrollment by providing written notice according to the terms specified in your enrollment agreement. Termination is subject to any notice periods and fees outlined in your agreement.

Termination by Us

We reserve the right to terminate enrollment immediately in cases of:

• Non-payment of fees
• Violation of program policies or these Terms
• Behavior that threatens the safety or well-being of children, staff, or other families
• Misrepresentation or provision of false information
• Any other circumstances that, in our reasonable judgment, warrant termination

Website Use

Acceptable Use

When using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website or our systems
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Interfere with or disrupt the website or servers

These Terms, together with your enrollment agreement and any other written agreements between you and TinyTots Nurture, constitute the entire agreement regarding our services. These Terms supersede all prior agreements, understandings, or communications, whether oral or written.
